Our lab SARAL PATHLAB PVT.LTD. started in the month of April 2014 with limited technology and manpower but with the full dedication and perseverance to provide best quality service to our customer. Keeping this in our mind we are driving our wagon with full fledge fun in solving problems and focusing on our clear-cut goal - "To make world class diagnostic services easily accessible and affordable for common people." In this four years we have opened many collection centers and labs in various regions of Bihar and Jharkhand.

Ours services are based on 3 basic pillars(3Ps), those are:

Pro-customer: - "Customers comes first." The idea behind this is to provide best quality service to our customer in short span of time that too in affordable price. " patient interest is at the core of our existence." We take utmost care in sampling, processing, reporting, recording and report delivering so that we can create positive impact in the lives and livelihood of people.

Pro-technology: - we wish to establish the best multidisciplinary technology team in the world. We are adopting latest and automated machineries to ensure best possible result in lesser time along with zero error. We have already build system for fully automated routine health check-ups and now we are stepping towards TOTAL LABORATORY AUTOMATION(TLA).

We maintain the friendly environment for our employee to nurture their personal caliber and apply their basic skills for each and every step of testing method.
